Belly Dance Crash Course – Beginners Level 1
The syllabus of beginners course has been divided into two parts. 4hrs Crash course will take you through first part of this syllabus.
- Belly dance essentials with flowy movements of Egyptian style
- accents of drum solo which concentrates on ab control
- series of drills to improve the Belly dance technique posture and styling.
- shimmy layering, upper & lower body isolation.
- full fledged choreography of Oriental style ( classical style of Belly-dance)
This crash course will also cover a musicality section of how to choreograph and identify the music for beginner level.
BONUS : Pilates exercise section to practice on a regular basis, to tone your ab and oblique and build your core strength.
